Returns and Warranty Claims
Before returning any Comphy product, customer shall first consult with Jane Esthetics Skincare Spa who will provide necessary directions. Jane Esthetics Skincare Spa reserves the right to assess a ten percent (10%) restocking fee on non-warranty returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved items must be returned in the original packaging, and Retailer (replace with customer) is responsible for damages incurred during return shipment.
What and who our warranty covers:
The Comphy warranty only covers any defects in materials or workmanship in all products made from Comphy’s signature microfiber twill. Knits, blankets, throws, comforters and duvet covers made with micro-shantung or micro-satin shantung, pillow inserts, decorative pillows, saddles and towels are excluded. This warranty covers the first purchaser only.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by failure to use the product in the manner intended, or by improper laundering, handling or storage, or when used with grapeseed and jojoba oils. Failure to launder the product according to Comphy’s recommended laundering instructions will void this warranty. For recommended laundering instructions, see Comphy Suggested Laundry Instructions. Also, consequential and incidental damages, and any other monetary recovery are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How long coverage lasts:
This warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts for two years thereafter for products used for home retail use, and one year for products used for commercial use.
What Comphy will do:
The sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of Comphy’s warranty shall be as follows: Comphy will, at its option, repair or replace any product covered by this warranty that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship at no cost to you. Comphy will pay the cost of shipping any defective product back to Comphy for inspection and/or repair and will pay the cost of shipping any repaired or replaced product to you.
How to Get Service:
For service under this warranty, contact Comphy at (323) 225-8234 or helpdesk@comphy.com. A customer service representative will assist you with your warranty claim. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, and documentation of the problem. At Comphy’s option, you may be asked to ship the product to Comphy for inspection and/or repair. In this event, Comphy will provide instructions for shipping the product to Comphy.
Warranty Limitations Subject to Consumer Law:
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, OR BY COUNTRY OR PROVINCE. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPHY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, COMPHY LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN. SOME STATES, COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Are Comphy products available on Amazon.com?
No, Comphy products are only sold here at Comphy.com or through our Retail Program at select, authorized Spas, Inns or Bed & Breakfasts around the country.
What are the primary benefits of Comphy bed sheets?
Our linens feel like 600 thread count cotton and will feel that way for the life of the product. Breathable microfiber is hypoallergenic and wicks moisture away from the body, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. Our linens are treated for stain release. Our sheets are lighter than a standard cotton sheet, thus they will dry faster. Comphy linens have an extra-fine weave which helps protect against dust mite allergens and bed bugs.
What makes Comphy linens 'green', or eco-friendly?
Comphy linens use less energy than any alternative. They're lighter than cotton, therefore they dry faster, they're 100% recyclable and they last 2-3 times longer than a standard cotton sheet (replacing your sheets less frequently significantly adds to sustainability). Plus, Comphy linens are wrinkle free. You'll use less energy from pressing equipment.
Do Comphy sheets really help you sleep better?
We engaged a research firm to study the sleep habits and patterns of test participants, and results show people sleep two hours longer, fall asleep faster and wake up less frequently when sleeping on our sheets.
What is the thread count?
Silks and engineered fabrics do not use thread count as a measure. Thread count is a tool developed by the cotton industry to help consumers evaluate sheets. Linen industry leaders, government agencies and retailers are recommending abandoning thread count and instead suggesting we should judge sheets by how they feel.
What is performance fabric?
A fabric that provides functional benefits to the consumer, such as moisture management, anti-microbial, and allergen protection.
Is there a warranty?

What is the return policy?
We will accept returns provided an authorization has been given and provided it is an Eligible Item for return.
AUTHORIZATION
Contact us by either e-mail (helpdesk@comphy.com) or telephone (323-225-8234) within thirty days of receipt of item(s) if you are requesting a return authorization (RA). Unless previously agreed, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
SHIPPING
Unless previously agreed, the customer is responsible for the shipping expense on returned item(s).
REFUNDS
Comphy processes refunds within three working days after receipt of the returned item(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RA.
Eligible Items:
A. Any item that is defective in either sewing or fabric within one year of receipt by customer B. Any regular (not custom-made) item
Non-Eligible Items:
A. Sheets and/or pillowcases and/or pillow inserts and/or comforter inserts are not eligible for return if they have been used. Under health and hygiene regulations these products cannot be resold. Not eligible for return if they have been used or washed. B. Custom-made items C. Items used in a manner for which they were not intended
What sizes are available?
Standard (Eastern) King, California King, Queen, Full, Standard Twin and Twin Extra-Long sizes are all available.
What is the filling in the quilted blanket?
This too is a microfiber, insuring durability and is non-allergenic.
Can I buy extra pillow cases?
Yes. We offer additional pillow cases in Standard (20.5" x 30"), Queen (20.5" x 32"), and King (20.5" x 40") sizes. Pillow cases are sold in sets of 2.
Will stains come out?
Our sheets are treated with a proprietary stain release that is added to the sheets during the dying process. It helps repel stains by not allowing the molecule to bind to the fabric.
What type of detergent should be used to get rid of stains?
The sheets are pre-treated to release stains, however if there is a stubborn stain then we recommend Spray 'n Wash or Shout.
Will I sweat?
No. Poly-microfiber is the fabric of choice for athletic teams and outdoor wear companies such as Patagonia.
Does it breathe?
Yes. Comphy Sheets and other performance fabrics are woven in such a way to allow air to move freely through it.
Are swatches available?
Yes. Colors may appear differently on different monitors so we suggest you request a sample swatch for the most accurate color representation. Please fill out our swatch request form if you are interested in receiving physical swatches.

Herbal Skin Solutions Store Policies
Shipping
Shipments will generally be made within 3-5 business days from receipt of purchaser’s order. Herbal Skin Solutions & Jane Esthetics Skincare Spa makes no guarantee as to the time of delivery and is not liable for any monetary loss or damages of any kind resulting from delayed delivery.
Missing Orders
All orders are documented from purchase to delivery. In the event that items are missing from a shipment package, Herbal Skin Solutions must be notified and sent a photo of the picking ticket / invoice by the Purchaser within 72 hours of package delivery. The picking ticket / invoice is a description of all items associated with your order located in each package. Failure of notification within the 72 hour window will result in no action from Herbal Skin Solutions.
Refunds
No refunds are given. Any defective device must be returned to Herbal Skin Solutions within 30 days for examination and inspection. Upon confirmation of defect, defective products will be replaced within 30 days.
